Hello!

I am an Australian artist, living and working in Broken Hill on Wilyakali country.

I am a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on landscape painting, textile design and pottery. In all areas of my practice I try to maintain a high level of sustainability, researching eco-friendly alternative mediums and materials to work with. I often draw from my own experienced landscape as my primary inspiration, working from life or photos taken on walks through the bush. I am interested in blurring the boundaries between what is β€˜human’ and what is β€˜nature’, looking at how we influence our lived environment and how it influences us.

Eleanora, 50cm x 50cm oil on canvas this is a painting of my niece Nora, inspired from a photo, taken on a family road trip. When I first saw it I felt compelled to paint her and capture the sense of wonder and childlike curiosity

I pay my respects to the Barkindji elders past and present, on whose land I now work. This was and always will be Aboriginal land. Sovereignty was never ceded.
